Katie in London

In Year Three this week we have been looking at the book Katie in London. We have interviewed our main character the Lion, and found out all about his life as a statue. Today we looked at a new character to replace the Lion in the story. We wrote descriptions of our new characters.

The fantastic cheetah is as fast as Usain Bolt. Suddenly, the spotted cheetah creeps as sly as a fox. Spotted, his fur is as is as exciting as Legoland. The cheetah sounds like a T-Rex waking up. Quietly he sneaks up on his pray suddenly, he lets out ferocious roar. He smells like rotting meat and rotten flesh. He also smells like dirt.

The sinful Jaguar looks like a leopard. Its vicious fangs are always ready for attack! Surprisingly, she is a fearless cat and a mother of eight. Silently, the octuplets get ready for battle.
Together when all nine Jaguars roar they sound like ten angry lions. In fact they are almost a lion. Their tiny hideaway is made of squishy, mouldy rose vines. They smell like rose vines as well because they don’t wash.

The Cheetah
Eyes as blue as the sky, the cheetah’s muscles are as hard as a rock. His voice is as deep as the sea. His fur smells like raw meat.
